30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@sagehuntsville.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for damaged items. For all other returns, a flat $6.95 fee applies.
